Plot
Dr. Benedict, the previous principal of Third Street School, steals a elephantine laser beam & wharehouses it in the school when you took summertime vacation. He plans to apply a device to vary a moon's orbit, thereby altering the weather condition & creating lasting wintertime. He hopes to raise Western line 3 text scores by doing this (& be president).

T.J. Detweiler is the exclusively student (aside from either Randall) world health organization doesn't attend the summer camp. He notices erie green lights from either a school.
